Renfrew County Ostomy Support Chair, Louise Cracknell, presents Nancy Kutschke with a plaque from the Support Group honoring her for her many years of providing support to ostomates. Nancy, of Mulvihill Drug Mart Pembroke, has effectively managed the supply of specialized appliances to ostomates and provided excellent support and advice to assist in their transition to life with an ostomy.

As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic, the Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is no longer accepting new applications for assistance by mail. CANCELLATION OF OSTOMY CANADA YOUTH CAMP – July 5-10, 2020
Ostomy Canada runs an annual camp for young people between the ages of 9-18 with an ostomy or related special need. Ostomy Canada normally accepts applications until May 1, 2020. Unfortunately, the Covid 19 outbreak has made it difficult to safely operate such camps. Therefore, Ostomy Canada has reluctantly decided to cancel the 2020 camp.
